We chose a Southern Caribbean itinerary on a contemporary cruise line. Great food and lots of activities meant that there was something for everyone. With only one sea day, the family was able to sample several islands and even took a couple of group shore excursions.

The Executive Director for a Canadian Professional Association wanted options for a meeting held outside of Canada every three years. The resort needed to have meeting space and allow day-passes for local guests to attend the meetings and seminars. The plan had to accommodate travellers from all over Canada booking different durations.

WHAT WE BOOKED FOR THEM...
​We booked the group into a luxury resort in Negril Jamaica. We had 4-day, 5-day and 7-day options departing from 12 different cities across Canada. The resort provided meeting space with coffee break snacks and beverages. A private setting for the “President’s Dinner” was also arranged. Negril beach gave the guests of the meeting attendees the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun.

Sarah and Colin wanted a Caribbean destination wedding on a great beach. They wanted a beautiful resort that was still affordable for their friends and family.

We discussed several options, after which Sarah and Colin decided on an upscale resort in Cayo Coco Cuba. The adult-only resort was set on a fabulous beach. It featured several restaurants and bars allowing guests to experience different food and beverage options. In addition, the resort offered a superior program including water sports and outdoor activities for the active guests.
